All sites are full hook-up sites with water, sewer, 50-amp or 30-amp electric service and Wi-Fi. Rates for our pristine, concrete, level site vary based on season, site type and proximity to the clubhouse / activity areas.
Pets stay with you at no extra charge. Maximum occupancy per site is 6 persons per site. Daily rates include 2 adults and 2 children. Extended Daily Stay rates include 2 adults and 2 children, each additional person is $50 per monthly period per person.
Additional charge of $8 per extra adult, $5 per extra child.
Extended Stay RV sites have water, sewer, Wi-Fi and metered electric 50-amp or 30-amp service available at the site. The electric use is metered and billed separately each month. No taxes are charged on Extended Stay reservations. Discounted seasonal, annual and extended stay are also available. For information, call Indian Waters RV Resort at 760-342-8100.
All Cottages include one queen bed in the bedroom and fold-out couch in living area. There is a bathroom with shower and a full kitchen. All Cottages are air conditioned and heated. Each cottage includes TV with basic cable, eating and cooking utensils, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and all bed/bath linens. Deluxe Cottages also have a large patio deck with view. The electric use is metered and billed separately each month.
No tent camping.
Available Discounts
Good Sam, Military and First Responder discounts are available on Daily rates only. These discounts are not offered during the music festival weekends in April.
